Some of the buttons and links on our AI tools and financial institutions pages are affiliate links. If you follow one and sign up, open an account or buy something, the company may pay us a commission. You never pay more because of it.
Where a link earns us money, it says so right next to the button: “Affiliate link — we may earn a commission.” We do not rely on a small line in the footer to tell you.
A commercial arrangement never buys a place in a directory, a position in a comparison table, a better write-up or softer coverage. Entries are listed, ranked and described on the same rules whether or not a programme exists.
The commercial record for a company is kept entirely apart from what we write about it. Signing a programme, or losing one, changes nothing on the page except where the button points.
Comparison tables carry the disclosure once at the top, and each individual button still carries its own small label, so you can tell at a glance which entries are monetised and which are not.
We cover companies in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. Rather than change our wording by country, we apply the strictest expectation site-wide: the disclosure is clear, unavoidable and placed next to the link itself, in line with FTC guidance in the US, CMA and ASA rules in the UK, and Competition Bureau guidance in Canada.
